I like the way this stove cooks. Its stable, heavy duty, and handy. some say the bowl isn't stable but my fit nice and tight so no complaint here on that. firing this grill up gives you enough heat to start cooking in half the time as charcoal. probably faster then half. I do think the manufacturer should consider handles of some kind on the griddle, after all it is heavy and hot

Great backyard or car camping stove. The cast-iron round is quite large and gets piping hot with minimal wood. The grill is hot in the centre but that's to be expected. You can lower the heat by adjusting the amount of wood or the air vent opening. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent design, I put in 4 screws, loaded it with dry grass, used one match, and it was off to the races. It burns extremely well due to the unique design. Honestly I was very impressed. I bought this mainly for a way to make hot water to feed my family in emergency situations. But it is so versatile I know I'll be using it all the time. And I like that it's safe, and easy to control the flames. The best bang for the buck I've seen in quite a while. I spent many hours reviewing and comparing all the similar models. Glad I chose this one. Seriously, you won't regret adding this to your emergency solutions.

The media could not be loaded.  The stove itself is very well made, of robust materials. There was some damage in shipping, the ring support stand had a good dent in it, preventing it from fitting onto the main body. Since I'm an aircraft mechanic, it required little effort to reshape the ring to fit. That, and some scrapes on the main body will be covered by a dash of stove paint. That's all cosmetic. The stove itself is SOLID, and works very well. Easy to light, and burns a long time with a VERY hot flame once it gets going. I even used damp wood in my test. While I have no immediate need for the huge cast iron griddle part, I'm sure it will come in handy someday. I gave this four stars because of the damage during shipping. Minimal assembly, by the way.

Was thinking this would be a bit smaller. That's not a bad thing! This stove seems very well made and the grill and griddle attachments a good size. I like that there is a drip pan that clips onto the griddle. This was purchased in the event if a power outage and will be stored for now. Since it is fairly heavy and awkward to keep it in the box, I ordered a tote with wheels to move it around easily and for storing, for now. I just received it today and haven't used it, but really like that you can use a number of different sources (sticks, leaves, etc), and am sure it will be a handy little wood stove. Would be great for camping, too!
