Love the flavor - one of my favorite pre workouts

I’ve tried many pre workouts including C4, Gorilla Mode, Alani, and Beyond Raw. I immediately felt the difference in the BSN pre and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. I had increased focus and felt as though I had more strength during my exercise. Additionally the taste is good and dissolves well in water.

I've used many pre workouts and this one stands up to all of them in how I performs. However it may be one of lowest ranked as far as taste goes

I've been taking NO XPLODE for almost 8 years now...yes the formula has changed once or twice over that time frame, but the results have not. The energy boost, combined with the creatine and other ingredients make this one of the most reliable supplements I have ever taken. BSN has always been high on my list of companies that are reputable: they don't over charge, over hype or over sell their products. Their products sell themselves through reliability and results and NO XPLODE always delivers as a preworkout drink. I prefer the taste of fruit punch the best - the other flavors are too much for me, but after eight years, all of them are tolerable. I like Blue Raz the least, but Ill buy it because sometimes it's $5-10 cheaper than other flavors. Make sure to use this stuff up or the moisture in the air will decay the effervescing ingredients. If you've been lifting long enough, you've seen many manufacturers come and go with products, but NO XPLODE has been around the longest because it really works. It jacks you up for your workouts, doesn't cause jitters (it will cause diarrhea though if you take too much, any excess caffeine dose will do that though), and the creatine helps fill your muscles so you can lift more.

I love the product. BUT!!! Don't buy the blue raspberry unless you LOVE cotton candy. The fruit punch is good. :) (Opinion only)

I am not enjoying the taste. I love blue raspberry but there is some odd taste to this product. I don’t think the product out right sucks especially for the value but I don’t know if I can tolerate the taste to keep using it.

*important* first time using just do half a scoop to see how you handle it. That used to be on the directions back then, not sure why not anymore. Just got myself another bottle of this stuff, tried it back then too and absolutely loved it too. Crazy how much caffeine is in one scoop yet it somehow don’t make you jittery or irritated. (*important* be careful what caffeinated beverages you’ve had the day using this stuff and keep in mind one scoop is a whopping 275mg of caffeine) The advertising on it is true this stuff really is THE only preworkout you’ll ever want and need. And it is true it kind of is addictive from what I remember on my first jug I remember before a workout I used to get excited like a kid in a candy store to take it before heading to gym lol wasn’t habit forming though. I replaced it with coffee I think after it ran out. Stuff gets you going, I literally texted my girl saying how it made me feel before my workout today and I quote “I only had half a scoop of this preworkout mix and I feel like a small organization of jack rabbits got together and decided to run a trillion laps around Manhattan in under two seconds” Nuff said. Enjoy your workout with this stuff it makes you feel like Superman.

It’s not the original, melt your face and scratch the spiders off you like a meth addict, but it’s still a pretty good pre-workout supplement.
