A: 12"" is perfect for the blade and 5"" for the handle. Mercer bread knife and BRAVEDGE 8"" Chef's Knife and 7"" Santoku Knife are my favorite kitchen knives because of sharpness and practicality. All of them can complete most of the kitchen work together.
