It's not cheap, but it certainly seems to do the job. I have used it successfully on both glass and crockery. No signs of wear - yet.

Does what it says on the packet ... the repair to the glass was done in seconds. It's not 100% as good as new but it is not far off

Didn't know if this would work but, at the price, worth a try before throwing out the crystal glass. Pleasantly surprised this file worked so well! Don't need to throw out the glass now!

It worked fairly well, it's a good idea to have a practice before using it on precious glassware

It was easy to use and it works best on tiny chips on the top of the rim. It smooths them out very well. If the chip is on the side of the glass you can file It down so you do not cut your lip, but the glass will have a white spot where it was filed.

Artikel kam pünktlich und mit kurzer Gebrauchsanleitung. Ist zum Glätten von scharfen Kanten sicher gut geeignet. Bei einem Keramikteil hat das Abfeilen eines überstehenden Randes jedoch nicht funktioniert, da reicht die Härte der Feile dann doch nicht aus.

Great little diamond file. When I pulled the diffuser out of my RooR only to see 5 or 6 flea bites on the downstem joint I was devastated. I take pride in my glass collection and knew I would not be happy with my beautiful piece of glass being visibly blemished. After some research of my options including going to a glass blower to have the joint replaced I figured I would try a diamond file and simply file down the glass so that it was smooth and flat, if I wasn't happy I could still take it to a glass blower afterwards for a replacement. I took my time and in all it took me over an hour to file the glass to the way I liked and was happy with the look of it. It worked great, patience is key but all things considered I couldn't be happier. My RooR is now fixed with a smooth joint. Leaves a bit of a frosted surface on the glass but I don't think it's possible to file down glass without that happening. Highly recommended.
