Do Energel refills fit this pen?

Energel refills used to fit this pen, but the most recent one I got wouldn't take an Energel refill. I'm hoping this was a fluke, or that there is some way to fix it so they will work. If anyone has any more recent experience with this (since about 2022), please let me know because I've lost a couple of them, and would like to replace them, but really love then Energel refills.

Can I use Pilot Juice refills with this pen?

I have not tried but zebra sarasa clip refills work.
