The strap broke at the end of May and this bag is not one that can be used without a strap. Basically the strap tore free from the sticking holding it to the body of the purse. I'd only had it 6 weeks and originally reviewed it at 2 stars because I couldn't return it and it wasn't usable.I have edited my review because the company contacted me and made things right - they gave me the option of a full refund or a new bag, both options being very generous in my opinion. Given that the purse is a beautiful bag - large and made of soft, flexible leather - I have upgraded my review to four stars to reflect that the company is taking care of their customers. I left it at four stars because it DID break in only six weeks, but I cannot fault the company for that, and they have really taken care of me. It is a really nice size, I carry around stainless steel straws & they fit in the bottom of this bag perfectly (I have had issues with that) Also, the pockets on the front are just what I was looking for. I am able to put my keys in one & cell in a different one so I can easily find them. There is plenty of space for my wallet plus all they other stuff I "need" with out being over crowded. The material is really soft & the shoulder strap seems like it would take a lot of wear before it would break.
