It’s a little embarrassing to admit but I ordered this product after I saw an OBGYN on TikTok talking about steeping a few raspberry leaf tea bags in a mug and using it to reduce menstrual cramps and period pain.My cycles are straight up debilitating. Over the counter pain meds don’t work. Prescription pain meds don’t work. An IUD didn’t work. Nothing helped and I was either passing out from heavy blood loss or passing out from intolerable pain.For $10 the recommendation of some rando doctor in the internet didn’t seem like a bad idea when I was in agony… and it ended up being life changing. Not to be dramatic but somehow this really worked. The cramps never hit the point of rendering my bedridden for the first two days and heavy days were no longer heavy enough to cause fainting or dizziness in the shower. And all I had to do was throw 3 or 4 of these bags into a large coffee cup and drink it in the morning and maybe follow up in the evening with 1 bag in my coffee cup.The flavor is very good and it blends well with almond milk and sugar. It’s not at all bitter or earthy flavor. I’d have never tried it prior to watching that video but I actually enjoy this tea enough that I have it frequently regardless of whether I’m using it to sooth menstrual pain (just don’t use multiple tea bags).I would highly recommend this for menstrual pain and/or if you’re a tea enthusiast. You will never find my house without at least two packages of this. It’s amazing.

I learned about the outstanding properties of dandelion root when I used to live in South Korea. When I first saw the flower floating in a tea, I was curious. This bag is the best I've had here in the States, and it mimics the one I've had back in SK. I've shared the link with others due to how well it works. If you have digestive concerns, if you mix this brand of dandelion root with green tea, it will help you go naturally without running to the bathroom. I strongly recommend it.

I’m so glad I ordered this despite some reviews stating the need to brew 2 bags per cup. I used 1 bag for 8 oz of boiling water, steeped closer to 10 minutes. The flavor was delightful, very light and earthy/tea scent. I was expecting it to be awful based on the reviews advising adding honey and lemon. I’m using this for health benefits and I’ve had some awful tasting soursop so I didn’t plan to brew a mug for sipping. I was fully expecting to have to chug this. I was wrong, it’s delightful and an unbelievable value. I would highly recommend this.

Tea is pretty good quality and tastes good. my body always feels better and i also sleep better after a cup. the only change id like to see is in the quality standards used for the tea bags and string glue they use. Those are obviously not very healthy and a worry to people buying the tea for its health benefits.

This tea tastes absolutely amazing. This is the first time I've ever tried any soursop tea. The name sour sop along with being healthy had me really skeptical on the taste but, it really surprised me. It came filled to the top with teas bags. The reason i purchased it was due to stomach pain and irregularity. I used them once a day and it has really helped with my stomach issues. It also curves my appetite. I highly recommend this tea.

This product is worth it! It's not that pricey but I use a lot of it in sun tea and warm cups with an elderberry green tea. You can taste the natural flavor that it gives. Hopefully it's helping the liver and kidneys too. :). Not sure about that but I use it for all my teas.

I love everything about this tea. I get a nice relaxed feeling when I drink it so I usually have some before I go to bed. I like the mildly sour taste when I let it steep longer to get a strong flavor. The bad comes with plenty of tea bags, yet it's still small enough to not clutter my counter. It's quickly becoming one of the teas I buy most often.

I'm usually aware of how my body is functioning. However, things went sideways. It took about 10 days to get my body back in balance. This tea was very helpful. I will buy again. (Hint: if it's your first time stay close to the bathroom.) Before I tried it, I took the box to work for one of my co-workers who is Chinese to read. She is well studied in Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbs. She was excited to see the doctor and to see the quality. I shared some at work too.
