Bones - Seasons 1 to 12

I have been watching Bones for free on Amazon Video Prime. I wanted to watch without adverts so I decided to buy the DVDs. Very pleased that I did. I really like this series. The stories are engaging and the relationships between the characters make compelling viewing.

I've loved Bones from the very beginning, following Dr Temperance Bones Brennan of the Jeffersonian institute in Washington DC, and FBI agent Seeley Booth, they work together to solve a plethora of crimes from comical to the truly bizarre! They have a great team behind them too, the Jeffersonian team Inc, Angela a computer and facial reconstruction genius, the bug and trace man Jack Hodgins also a conspiracy theorist so not thrilled about working side by side with the feds, Zach Addy highly intelligent forensic anthropologist same as Bones, Daisy Wick, Wendell Bray, Aristoo, and too many more to list, Booth and Bones are shadowed a lot by FBI psychologist Dr Lance Sweets, who is studying their relationship and how it affects their work, we also have Bones father and brother both criminals both abandoned her as a teenager (She later discovers a set of bones at the Jeffersonian belong to her long lost mother and have been there all along) booth has a wonderful grandfather, a scattered mother, and an absent alcoholic father. Booth has a gambling addiction and Bones is cold, devoid of humanity and lonely, together as their relationship grows they make each others lives better, and as their family grows it's even better, a great series based on a wonderful series of books, highly recommend!

When I saw the skulls and the title Bones, * immediately thought of Witch Doctors and Voo-do. But the people who had taken the time to review the series made me take a chance and buy the 12 seasons on offer even though I knew nothing about the contents. And what a brilliant, first class set of stories. It has everything, things that make you laugh, smile and think and choke you up. It is probably one of the best set of films I have bought, and I would recommend it to everyone. I have just spent every night watching the love and brilliantness explode onto my TV and enjoyed every episode. And the ending could not have been bettered.

I absolutely love this series and was so hsppy to find all 12 seasons in this awesome box set for such a great price. The service i recieved from ordering it to recieving it the next day was great. I have been a fan of David Boreanaz since i saw him as Angel. This series is action packed with some good humour mixed in along tne way. David and Emily Deschanel are fantastic as Booth and Brennan and along with all the squinterns at the Jeffersonian they make this one of the best series ever and a must see i would highly reccomend it and would give way more than five stars if i could.

Fabulous to re watch this excellent series. I have introduced my brother to watching it, and he loves it.

Ho apprezzato la spedizione rapida, il prezzo contenuto rispetto alla versione inglese. Ci sono sottotitoli in diverse lingue e audio in tre lingue. Peccato che siano scomodi da togliere i dvd dal cofanetto in cartone che mi si è già rotto.

zeer mooie serie voor een mooie prijs. enig nadeel is wat hier niet wordt gezegd als je dit koopt moet je nog invoerrechten en btw over betalen. hier kom je pas achter als het pakket bij PostNL is ik moest nog eens 20.95 euro bij betalen om mijn pakket te krijgen.

Great show! Every episode is so well done and intriguing to watch, it's no wonder so many people love this show. I love every one - over and over. The situation with Netflix shows the major drawback to streaming: when the rights to the show cost too much, it doesn't matter how many people watch it and it still won't justify the expense to show it. Thus, if you really love a show you should buy it. And this is definitely one to buy! The first and most prominent review almost caused me to decide not to buy this boxed set. The review makes it sound like it might be a cheap knockoff of the real thing, talking about having difficulty playing each episode and having so many steps to take, and since it speaks of the 'set,' it makes it sound like you're in for this difficulty throughout the entire series, but that is simply not the case. This particular problem is real, but only with the first season. After that each disc DOES have a 'play all' option in addition to listing the individual episodes on the disc. The set is not a specially designed set of every episode of Bones, but is merely a convenient gathering together of each separately-boxed season together in one outer box. Consequently, guess what? The first season is older technology - and it doesn't have the convenience of the 'play all' feature. While it is tedious for the 22 episodes of season 1, after that it becomes more of what we have become spoiled and accustomed to, and the rest of the seasons have the cure for our "lazy finger." "Play all" appears in season 2 and continues throughout the rest of the set, so you can "push it once and relax" through each disc. As for the packaging, I found the box set to fit very well on a standard bookcase-style video shelf and since I am a little obsessive about holding on to the packaging and storing things in the original box (as I assume some others are, as well), it helps that the outer box is an attractive addition to my video shelf. But if the box is for some reason unable to fit on your shelf, it is certainly not an issue as each season fits nicely on your shelf as would any other video collection you might own. Just throw away the outer box and store the collection as you would any other video set. End note? I'm glad I bought the set and have been enjoying it immensely. Now it's time to return to season one and start another round of binging!
