does what it says on the box

this is second one of these that has broken within 1 year - we used it once a day for 1-2 mins - 5 days a week. It’s certainly not suitable for even light commercial use. The bearings go, the connector cog wears out and it’s generally rubbish even though it’s advertised as a commercial piece of equipment. After sales warranty care was awful. Offered a repair only and then never collected it….

I spent a small fortune on what I thought was a high quality, French made stick blender because I was sick of purchasing stick blenders from China that would be landfill within 6 months. This stick blender isn't much better. It was used perhaps once every 2 months for 2 years and has now developed a loud metallic screeching sound which makes it unusable. Disappointing.

We use this in a professional kitchen and so far it;s been brilliant. I used one in the last place that I worked and so already knew how good they are. Highly recommended!

Very good

It worked well for a while but then the on off button jammed and stopped working so as soon as you plugged it in it started working- extremely dangerous. It’s advertised as for commercial use but I’d expect it to work for longer than 6 months at this price

Very poor product. I thought it was dammaged so I sent it back. But it was inspected and I was told it works OK. So it is just a bad blender. Which performs worse that My 10 years old 20 euro stick blender. It overheats in less than a minute and smells of burnt electronics. My worst purchase on amazon by far.
