It seems more complicated than it has to be, but it is the best design for am4 heat control that I have found to date. AMD had apparently stopped shipping the mounting brackets for their wraith coolers, which if you try to mount the fan without them, you're not going to be able to get the fan to screw into the mounting holes. I found that out the hard way. When I tried to mount it on my motherboard, it wouldn't screw into the motherboards CPU' mounting holes, and it kept picking the CPU out of its housing because of the thermal paste is pretty sticky, and when I had sliding the cpu off of the cooler. I dropped it amd bent 3 posts, and that was the end of that for that design is just a bad design. I'd recommend this fan because it does come with am4 mounting brackets, which are easy to install, and once you get the CPU in, all you do is just put the thermal paste on and set the cooler down on the threaded posts, tighten the hollow threaded screws, fuzz fuss, no cuss. But be forewarned that when you open it up out of the box, you're going to see a lot of parts, like I said in my opener, it seems more complicated than it has to be, but it quickly becomes apparent as you follow the instructions, which aren't very detailed, but I guess it doesn't have to be, since I figured it out.

Building my B760 + I5-12600KF system and needed something reliable and what will hold my CPU temperatures under 60 degrees. It was the best air cooler I ever could buy for 18.89 US dollars. Very simple to install, they have dozens of videos on YT on how to do that. Also, everything included, they also put AM5 outer holes, so you can use it on both the latest platforms. Best decision to buy this Thermalright 120 SE version because it has 5 heat pipes, which will keep your CPU cool always. Very nice for the value of the air cooler. Cooler works fine for me. Compared to the intel stock cooler, this thing is silent, even when running max fan speed. It also keeps my cpu below 60, when the stock cooler went to 100. At idle, temps are around 30-40C. For the price, i'd have to reccomend this cooler. I'm sure if you spend $20 more, theres a cooler that's even better, but this thing works great for me! Just suprised at how much the stock cooler was holding me back.

This is a solid air cooler that's become my go to for budget build. Good cooling, budget priced and easy to install.

This fan has held up for quite a long time at turbo boost frequencies, I've had to clean the open side of the radiator several times of debris. This fan operates my AMD processor well beyond my expectations. Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price range and the reviews were what made me purchase the heatsink/fan combo. Cooling: Cooling effects keep my cpu well under parameters.

La verdad le iba a poner la ventilacion de stock para el 12400f pero la verdad vi muy buenas valoraciones sobre este disipador, si no elegia este me iba a ir por un 212 evo pero decidi probarlo y la verdad es que no le pide nada al 212 evo mi hermano tiene uno junto con un 10400 entonces en eso me basé para probarlo y la verdad es que me sorprendio, jugando escuchando musica y aveces stremeando no pasa de los 70° Y por el precio pues creo que vale la pena recomendarlo, a mi me costo poco mas de 500mxn llevo aproximadamente poco mas de dos meses y no me ha decepcionado, aparte es argb y se sincroniza facil con el mystic light de msi 10/10 banda si tienen poco dinero y quieren algo que les funcione bien lo recomiendo ampliamente y mas si lo encuentran en oferta.

En mi opinión todo super bien con lo que batalle un poco fue con El ADD gen 2 tengo la rog strix b-550 F gaming y pues el ADD argb está al otro extremo de la placa pero todo de ahí es súper fácil de instalar le hice test con varios juegos diferentes y antes con el de stock mi procesador subía hasta 85c° a 93c° cuando instale el nuevo bajo a fluctuante un punto medio extraño fluctuaba la temperatura la primera vez que lo use en estado vegetal (inicio) estaba a 35c° grados y jugando juegos demandantes cómo Genshin,Halo,wz subía hasta 55c° grados al segundo día de su uso el estado vegetal subió a 56c° y cuando jugaba subía hasta los 77c° tercer día de uso casi volvió a su estado normal en si el disipador para jugar está entre 55 y 65c° es muy recomendable para redenderizado sube hasta 70c° pero lo mantiene estable con todo su máximo rendimiento muy recomendado

para reducir temperaturas y ruido sirve bien por su precio claro que no seran bajones de temperaturas como una liquida pero para evitarte problemas y sobre todo que sea silencioso cumple su funcion
