ORLY Polishield All-In-One Topcoat 18ml, quick dry and long lasting for high shine manicure

I’ve always found Orly nail stuff better than others when I used the gel products. This gives your nails a lovely shine which lasts until you remove it.

Hands down the best top coat I have ever used, easy to apply, dries down like cement and speeds up the drying time of whatever polish you put it over. When I use this I never wake up the next morning to the dreaded duvet pattern pressed into my polish.

This is the best I’ve ever used! Keeps the manicure intact for 2 weeks and is shiny and doesn’t chip easily/quickly.

Anything that helps to protect my poor hardworking nails is good news for me.

Not bad lasted but thought it would last a little longer I used gloves when washing ect. More or less stayed neat for 3/4 days not that bad but I have had some products that last up to 4/5 days before.

Didn't live up to my expectations, especially since this is ORLY. The glossy finish is minimal, not striking at all and makes my nails look duller than with the polish alone (Barry m nail polish). My wet set top coat from Barry m is SO much better, the gloss is far superior and lasts longer.

Peels off within 24 hours. Wouldn’t recommend Orly at all. Spent a large amount of money on rubberised base coat, Colour and topcoat and the whole lot peels. Company not interested

Secado muy rápido

I’d say 4.5 stars, rounded up. I’ve used a different quick-dry topcoat, in the square bottle with burgundy label, for a few years. I ran low, & this time, Orly Polishield was a bit cheaper than my usual, so I thought it was worth a try. It doesn’t dry as hard as quickly as my usual, which knocks a star off for me. I’ve been applying another coat of Polishield a little later or the next day to make it feel the way I want it to. BUT on the upside, hence the additional half star rounded up, I haven’t experienced shrinkage with Polishield like I do sometimes with my usual, especially when reapplying over dried polish/previous topcoat layers. It’s easier to get a ding in my lacquer due to the longer drying time, but it smooths out a lot more neatly/much less noticeably too. I think I’m still adjusting to how this topcoat applies/dries; the learning curve is manageable. I think the Orly lid/brush is my favorite to use. Easy to open, easy to hold & maneuver, bristles in a good, neat-applying shape. I have hypermobility and stiffness and pain in my hands & fingers so ease of use is important to me. I’m not sure how I’ll feel about this when it’s time to reorder, but at a few weeks of regular use in, I can say this is a quality topcoat & worth a try if you’re looking for a product that has nice lasting power on the nail, little to no shrinkage with a reasonable drying time, and a nice lid/brush for comfortable application.

I use this faithfully to protect my manicures & pedicures and to extend the life of them. Keeps a hard durable surface in my nails ans is glossy to keep my nails looking fresh. Can’t live without it !
