I'm the supplement queen but most of the time I don't notice if anything actually works for me but I did notice I felt better with these, esp. related to my sinus inflammation and overall sense of well being. I have SIBO and anytime I ate anything carby, my sinuses became inflamed and I was miserable with pain and pressure and sometimes a terrible headache. I was advised by a Naturopath on the Curezone forum to add these. I just turned 60 yrs old.Could be a fluke but I'm reordering because I've felt much better and have not had to take my Migraine Excedrin that I was taking almost daily for headaches....whether it was a sinus headache or a migraine, I didn't know. I thought I had Candida or fungal growths of the sinuses but because these helped, I stopped taking the fungal supplements.So I'm only going to buy Solaray supplements from now on because I know that they are quality supplements and because there are so many choices online, I want to stick to a company that I know their products actually work.I do have some unhealthy veins so I'm hoping that they also help me in that regard as well. Just feeling better makes them worth the cost.

Easy to swallow. Not sure if they help me feel better but they aren’t any better or worse than other brands I’ve tried.
