The only thing I had trouble with was changing the volume. It seems to be too high or too low and I finally reached volume nirvana after yelling at the device. :) **Q: Can you create playlists on device** A: Yes, select the music icon, then select all songs, then select shuffle all. When you find a song you want, click the up arrow 3 times, click on add to playlist, select playlist on the go & select yes. This is made even 'more frustrating by the fact that you have to scroll through the entire player to find the song you were listening to before you switched it off, because it doesn't store this in the memory and thus you sends you right back to the beginning. Also the menus seem to skip around and you can't always access the volume when you need to, but I'm not sure if that's a fault or just par for the course. On a positive, I love the lightness, the sleek design, the very long battery life and the rubbery casing that I'm sure would serve as a buffer if it fell. The brightness of the screen is way to dim, can not see it in daylight (probably explains the "amazing" battery life.4. Nitpicking but i ordered red and its basically dark pink.I could buy a same spec player as this for about a tenner.I really don't know how this product has had so many good reviews.The goodBattery life is very good for mp3 player even on powerful earphones.Has expandable memory but thats not necessary a good as its expected of a player this price.Update! after this review i ordered a new player, between the time on it coming i used this. 2 days later just before returning it the player completely died. No reasons to explain it, do not pay £24 on this £2 piece o Chinese f s***.
