All you do is put it on the ball and you’ve got it! This is the only retriever that works so well and I’ve tried most of them. Don’t waste your money on others. They won’t work as easy as this one!

Broken turn knob
Junk the black handle to loosen broke after a couple of uses. Very surprised by how easily it broke. Thought it would br better quality
