Is this the same solution that would be in the Sterile Eyelid Wipes, as this would work out much cheaper to buy if it is ?

My opticlan said it’s the same as Blephaclean wipes, and as you say works out much cheaper. A bottle lasts me ages so I now only use the wipes when going away. Optician also showed me how to use each corner of the cotton squares separately so that I can wipe both eyes with one square without transferring anything from one eye to the other. When I use the sterile wipes I tear them in half to do both eyes, but these cotton squares don’t tear easily

Can you get just the dry pads on Amazon?

Yes, or from chemist or supermarket ( dry make up wipes).

Would this be suitable to use to clean eyelid and lashes with lash extensions ?

I have Blepheritus & find it good for cleaning eyelids but I’m not sure about extensions as I don’t have them.
