There’s nothing I disliked about it (other than the price - but I’ve forgot about that now). I put my chicken on a bed of vegetables, add stock and a glass of wine… put the lid on, bring to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes and pop in the oven… (previously I was double wrapping foil over). Much more convenient. Easy to clean and lightweight.

This is excellent it washes so easily .It has got to be the best oven dish i have EVER bought.U only get what you pay for.I was so sick of trying to get my cheap one clean.Highly recommendedIve searched the whole internet for one and this was far superior to any of them

Since my induction hob will only take a 12" frying pan which I find too small when cooking for the family I was initially looking for a skillet that might extend over the dual zone feature. Having come across this item which had the added benefit of being both a roasting dish and skillet pan I thought I would give it a go. First of all, it is well made and worth every bit of the asking price. In use I have found myself using the roasting dish on the hob to fry onions before adding green vegetables. Alternatively, I have used it to make a stew, both on the hob and in the oven. Fantastically versatile, this is now my go to pan/dish.
