Delicious
Amazing fresh flavor! It makes coffee time my new favorite time! Also, you can feel good about supporting a small farm with fair labor practices. I'd give it more stars if I could.

Not worth the price
Very disappointed and now im wondering about the whole brand and its mission of carbon negative. The beans were dry and stale i didnt see any microspore which was the inly reason i continued with the grind which had to be a dust to get any flavor if you wanna call it that it was spicy toasty and very low quality imo. Size of beans were good but a total wash in value for money easy to digest since it was basically water no acidity either

Like the previous reviewer, Jay, I too have been making cold brew coffee for over 5 years
...and I've bought many different brands searching for the best tasting beans. I probably won't throw out the rest of this large bag like Jay did, but I also found it to make a rather sour-tasting cold brew. I tried it "green", while it had only been sitting for eight or nine hours, and it wasn't too bad, but after 14 hours—woof! Very bright and sour-acidic. Not my favorite, that's for certain. I was going to try Tiny Footprint's Cold Press Elixir Cold Brew, just because, well, y'know—Cold Brew? But now I'm not so sure, especially since Tiny Footprint doesn't specify which beans are in their Cold Press Elixir Cold Brew other than a "mix of our light and dark roasts spiked with our best Ethiopian coffees." I'm usually not a big fan of Ethiopian coffees, because they are generally considered to be quite "bright," fruity, and floral and I sort of prefer chocolatey, caramel-y, and nutty. On the other hand, my favorite coffees are the true Mocha Java blends, which besides Indonesian Java beans (probably Sumatran), just wouldn't be the same without the bright and fruity "spike" of Yemeni Mocha—so maybe...

Has good aroma and grinds up nice. We use it in a percolator and it tastes great.
