I have several of these mats in my kitchen and they have made a huge difference to my comfort and how long I can remain standing whilst I am preparing food and cooking. I have Ehlers Danlos, a collagen disorder that affects how well the joints hold together, as well as other manifestations. With out the mats I am very quickly in pain and need to stop the job I am engaged in and get off my feet to recover. I tried a few other brands, but these Flexispot mats were definitely my favourite quality.

I have used anti fatigue mats for over 20 years, I first used them in a workplace environment, where I was working in an industrial situation and they were provided for me by occupational health. I have severe long term back problems and they helped to alleviate pain and discomfort. I am now retired and I have used them at home specifically in the kitchen where I spend a lot of time on my feet preparing food, I had some anti fatigue mats that were beginning to look a little tired and I have been looking for a suitable replacement, I have tried a few different makes but until I tried the Flexispot one, I have never been able to find a suitable replacement. The Flexispot one is very durable, extremely comfortable and take the pressure off my lower back enabling me to be able to stand at the kitchen worktop without discomfort. After using it for just one day, I bought a second one in order to cover the entire kitchen worktop and sink area. From someone who has experience of anti fatigue mats for a significant time I can highly recommend this product to anyone that has back problems or who needs to be standing in one place for any extended period.

I was reluctant to buy this because £40 for a piece of rubber felt like daylight robbery. Having used it for a while I can say it is essential though if you are working with a standing desk. My only observation is that it could do with being a bit deeper with more padding, since I find it barely soft enough if also wearing slippers. It is not comfortable enough to stand there for extended periods just in socks using this mat. I believe others have reached the same conclusion. Time will tell how sturdy it is over the longterm. EDIT: As a follow up; after a year the surface started to disintegrate in the most used area. Yes it is still usable, but now that protective cover has gone I suspect it will need replacing within a few months. Basically it needs more padding and a more resistant surface if you expect this to do the job properly and last a few years of regular use.

So I wasn't the biggest fan of standing desks before but having had to create an impromptu-standing 'desk' at home for pandemic working, now I realise it was down to not having a mat to stand on. Obviously wearing shoes negates much of the comfort but if you are just in your socks this mat makes it a joy to stand and work away - I honestly can work a full day without feeling like I need to sit down at all. Which for someone who didn't use to stand all day says a lot! The mat arrived without being rolled up and is a good size and most importantly has a good thickness and both soft and firm support. Love the bevelled edges as well and crucially, it doesn't smell bad / didn't release any VOC after unpacking it. Very happy convert to standing desks.

I've been using this product now for around 2 months and have no complaints at all. It arrived quickly and since then there's been a transformation in comfort at my standing desk. The additional support makes a big difference from standing on a hard floor or thin carpet and I can really feel the difference. Its also lightweight enough that I can easily move and store it. This is important for those like me who only stand at their desks part of the time as some of the heavier duty mats can be problematic with chair wheels. For anyone looking for a mat for a standing desk I could highly recommend this one, especially if like me its for relatively medium to light use (2-5 hours a day maximum).

I bought this anti-fatigue mat to use with my standing desk. I was unsure whether to buy this one or a cheaper one, but this was a great investment! Even though it was one of the more expensive ones, you get what you pay for and the quality of the product is great. It’s a good size and very thick, which makes it comfortable to stand on. I usually stand on it barefoot for a three or fours hours at a time and I don’t get any foot or ankle pain. I would recommend this product.

I started with a standing desk when I got a fully WFH job. I did a month before I noticed back pain, left aches and more. I tried some other mats but they weren’t that comfy in my feet. Then I tried this one and it was almost perfect. No more aches and pains! My only issue is that the Matt slides on one side after a while of using. It’s due to my feet movements but I’m sure some stronger attachments would stop me having to adjust it.

Absolutely notice the difference when using. Keeps it shape as well.

Habe mir diese Matte vor 3 Wochen für meinen Steharbeitsplatz zugelegt. Nach 30 Jahren im Sitzen, melden sich mittlerweile meine Muskeln, Nerven, Gelenke und Knochen. Die Probleme wurden so schlimm, dass ich mir einen Steharbeitsplatz aufgebaut habe. Hier merkte ich aber nach ein paar Tagen starke Schmerzen in den Waden, den Knien und Knöcheln, zudem baute ich meinen Arbeitsplatz ca. 3cm zu hoch. Mit der Matte schlage ich zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe: Ich vergrößere den Abstand von Ellenbogen zu Tischplatte und genieße zudem die Weichheit der Matte an den Füßen. Diese stehen nun endlich nicht mehr 10h auf hartem Boden und können sich auf der Stehmatte zudem wunderbar bewegen. Das schont Knie und Gelenke. Es bedarf etwas Gewöhnung, denn nach langem Stehen schmerzen die Waden, die Knie und die Hacken und man sollte die Matte nicht nach ein paar Tagen bewerten, sondern den Beinen Zeit geben, sich an die neue Umgebung zu gewöhnen. Nach und nach werden die Probleme weniger und man steht beschwerdefrei. Die Matte scheint aus sehr gutem Material, lässt sich leicht absaugen, aber auch verschieben (wenn man dann mal sitzen muss), ist aber so adhäsiv, dass sich auf keinen Fall auf dem Boden verrutscht. Alles in Allem ist die Matte ihr Geld wert. Langzeitberichte folgen.

Il prodotto è ottimo. Lo uso senza scarpe lavorando in piedi ad una scrivania ad elevazione variabile. L' unica noia è spostarlo quando si vuole passare allo sgabello. Ma è una cosa iniqua. Consiglio vivamente. Peso 82 KG e sembra di avere i piedi su una nuvola. Dimensioni ottime per allungarsi e sgranchirsi allargando le gambe.

Many times I have really long office meetings that go on until late evening, and I invested in two things - an electric height adjustable table, and this floor mat. Both of them have helped me relax and keep my feet really comfortable. While taking meetings in a standing position, standing on cold floor with your slippers or your shoes on, can quickly become comfortable, but I have started standing barefoot on this mat and I don't feel the strain even if the meeting lasts as long as one hour.

Mi marido me agradeció esta alfombra, que después de un tiempo, sigue impoluta y ofreciendo las mismas sensaciones que de nueva. Gran calidad de construcción y comodidad absoluta. Mi marido la utiliza a diario tele trabajando, así que le da caña.
