Very comfortable typing and mousing experience. I'm at my computer 8+ hours/day and my wrists were perfectly comfortable. The batteries lasted almost 3 months which is great for AA batteries. The only drawback is that it slid off my lap and the arm of my recliner far too easily. I can't count the number of times I had to put back in the batteries and cover after picking it up from the floor. Unfortunately the mouse did not survive my dog's jaws and the keyboard failed after being dropped so I'm back to the drawing board for a more rugged keyboard/mouse combo.

The keyboard has a good feel to the keys, quiet, has good battery life with 2 AA batteries (I use rechargeables) and is smaller and works better with my desk shelf. You'll know it's time to change batteries when it doesn't quite respond the way it usually does. Because of the smaller size, the keys normally set between the regular keys and number pad are lined up in 1 column so that the backspace and delete key sit right next to each other. There is something about this set up to a long time typist that is very frustrating when you hit the = key instead of backspace or hit backspace instead of delete. You're required to a different finger and hand response from the norm. If you want to use a smaller keyboard think how you might need to adjust to keys relocated different from the norm.
