Can you swim with these?

These are disposable pantys with a pad uttached to them . They will get wet since they are not waterproof. So I don’t think it’s a good idea to swim with them.

I can bleed through a super plus tampon, overnight pad and leak out onto my pants in less than 4,hours. will these panties work for me
