It has worked for me in making my hair grow and it also has gotten thicker. It doesn’t work for everyone but you have to give it at least 3-6 months to o notice a difference. My hair was a little longer than shoulder length and now it below my bra strap just a year ago today. I have trimmed my hair throughout for split ends but since using this supplement, my ends have less damage. I also have stopped straightening my hair as often to lesson the damage and allow growth.

Works great. Clears my skin and has it glowing. My eyebrows grew thick after being thin for years. Nails and hair grow super fast and strong, which is great for health but adds to expenses for hair color root touch ups and manicures. When I stop taking it, my hair starts thinning and my skin breaks out and looks dull. These vitamins are kind of an addiction, but I guess being healthy is a good addiction to have.

I've been taking this biotin supplement for well over a year now. When I first began, my hair was thinning in the crown area and it just wasn't growing as quickly anymore. After about 6 months, my hair was noticeably thicker and even though I was trimming it about a half inch every 2-3 months, it kept growing longer and longer. Sadly, I had a 2-month stay at a rehab for my ongoing back issues towards the end of last year, and I had no access to my biotin. I also had very few tools and products to care for my hair properly. (Ask me if I'll ever go there again). My diet was awful, so along with next to zero care and poor nutrition, I lost weight too rapidly, along with a lot of hair and muscle mass loss, resulting in saggy skin. Eeewww!!! Of course I resumed my daily dose of biotin. My hair is still short, but almost back to its pre-rehab health. I do not use any special shampoos or conditioners...just a decent charcoal shampoo and a tiny dab of conditioner on the ends. (My naturally oily hair has its advantages). While I may use topical products for my skin, I believe the best remedy for hair loss and general health comes from within. So if you're struggling with thinning hair and hair loss, taking this dose of biotin is totally worth a try! Since Biotin is really just another name for Vitamin B-7, it is water soluble. I actually doubled the dose when I first came home from the rehab, since my hair was so obviously starved. It *might* alter the results of blood tests, but I just don't take it the day before I'm going for that annual exam that includes blood work. Happy hair growing!

If you can’t swallow big pills, these are the perfect solution. They are small enough that you could probably get them down without a liquid. They’re the size of a small mint. They do smell a little funky (and therefore taste a little odd), much like a normal multivitamin would, but I chug it down quickly and don’t notice. The point is for health and not taste. I have been taking these for a couple of weeks and overall feel better. As a vegan, I need the extra B vitamins. I’m pretty sure my hair has stopped falling out as much! If you want a vegetarian multivitamin that is small and inexpensive, this is for you.

I have no complaints. I take it along with a Pumpkin Seed oil supplement and my hair, and nails are improving. I dont know which or the combo of both is working. It's very small for the dosage and a great price. I have nothing bad to say about it.
