Where is this made? Is this a real Krisk or a knock off?

does the slicer, stringer has a razorblade to cut with.

I don't quite understand your question, but there are several blades aligned which will cut the bean into thin slices. At the end of the Krisk, there is a sharp blade which you can use to cut the end of the bean, but it is easier to just snap the end off.

No instructions are included. Could someone provide instructions re stringing and slicing?

Hold in left hand with sm funnel up/blades on underside.With thumb push middle bar lightly over,this opens up access to blades .push French beans gently thru blades with your other hand. When enough bean showing on bottom . You can then pull rest thru. This item will slice beans & also string the part off the sides which you throw away. Then you can cut beans in half.
