I find this is helping with my Anxiety.

Recommended by my sister to help calm nerves, and to help drift off after a stressful day. I use it every now and then when feeling overwhelm me or I'm dealing with a particularly difficult situation. Taking regular doses during the day also makes me very sleepy and helps me drift off easily at night. I do find that a high concentration of it gives me stomach acid so I usually take most doses in a pint of water/juice.

Perhaps too early to say whether it is effective , but I like the convenience. The dropper bottle works well to measure the dose. I do not find the taste unpleasant at all. Time will tell how effective it is at managing anxiety.

I've been using this for about 8 months now and it really works for me. 30 drops half an hour before bedtime in some warm milk and I can not only fall asleep easily, but I stay asleep. Before I used to take ages to get off and then I'd wake up 3 or 4 times in the night and take ages again to get back to sleep. As for anxiety; I originally took it for that and I think it helped, but as my anxiety has got better I just use this for sleep now. Love this product :0)

I was feeling some anxiety brought on by PMS and although I was able to quieten the mental chatter I could still feel the emotions. I somehow stumbled across Avena Sativa which is said to soothe the nervous system which sounded like just what I needed. I was still a little sceptical but it worked! Nervous system soothed and anxiety melted away! It will definitely be in my arsenal for PMS time!

Arrived on time and do what is needed

I’ve been using this product for years and it’s really effective. Though it’s just a oat, this has helped me more than any anxiety prescription medication has. Definitely talk to a professional before you buy but if you suffer from mild to regular anxiety I cannot recommend this enough.

I bought this product after doing much research to see if there were any side effects. There didn’t appear to be any evidence that there were. However, I took it only one night and it caused me to have arrhythmia and a fast pulse. I had to sit up all night and felt quite frightened. The arrhythmia didn’t go until the following day. I can only assume that as I have aortic regurgitation is the reason it caused the problems. I would never take it again and feel there should be some warning regarding it.
