The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this hose because I am fed up with the large hose reel taking up space in the garden and the hose laying on the floor because its too much of a faff to get back on the reel - especially when its being used almost daily.I considered one of the auto-winding reels but they are extremely expensive and, unless you have somewhere to hide it away, a bit of an eye sore.The hose arrived in a surprisingly small box complete with brass fittings, the plastic 8 position spray-gun, a couple of tap adaptors and a hook which just slips over the tap.I was initially doubtful that I would be able to use it with other fittings (jet wash, sprinkler, etc) but I was pleased to see that the thread at the speargun end is the same as a standard tap connector meaning that the plastic push-fit systems can be connected directly to the end so when I have some time, I will make a very short adaptor to connect the "magic hose" to the above accessories so that I can bin the old hose and reel for good.As can be seen in the video, its quite mesmerising to watch the hose expand from the small length with a couple of loops over the tap holder to the 50' length that can be dragged around the garden without fear of tangling or kinking.I was pleased to note that there were no drips at all from any of the fittings and the spray-gun functions where more than adequate for my needs including the little silver hook that flaps down to form an open-lock on the trigger.So far, I am really impressed with the power that the hose delivers (I had a curly hose in the past which claimed to be revolutionary but the pressure was rubbish!), the quality and the storability of it and would heartily recommend it.

The hosepipe itself seems strong enough and the metal screw connectors at either end are not leaking. However, the nozzle is fairly cheap plastic and it broke within days. However, we have attached a stronger nozzle using the screw fitting and it works fine. I bought it for hose itself, not the nozzle. So, in that respect, I am happy with it. Without the nozzle I would give it 4/5. With the poor quality nozzle, it was to drop to 3. Ours is in use on an equestrian yard for filling water buckets and spraying hay. So, it gets used daily in all weather. Tip: Remember to turn off the tap and then keep the nozzle open until no more water comes out as this will drain the hose of water and reduce chances of damage in icy weather.

I got this expandable hose pipe to replace my aging solid house pipe which takes up so much room.The first thing I noticed when unboxing the hosepipe is that it is so light and so short. To be honest I was worried that it was too short but I’ll come to that soon.The quality of the hose is excellent, it is a solid expandable latex tube covered in an elastic yarn outer sleeve. The connectors on both ends are made from solid brass and the workmanship is very nice.Now let’s talk about the hose length, as I said I thought it looked very short, that was until I switched on the hosepipe and it suddenly expanded to at least double its size it’s awesome. And shrinking it back to normal size is awesome too, just turn the tap off press the trigger and let the water out and it shrinks back down again.The hose comes with a free 8 pattern spray gun and hose holder and you also get a couple of extra seals and a kitchen tap adapter.I love this hose.

I got this expandable garden hose for my dad. Up to now he had been using one of the rubber ones, which are quite heavy and very rigid. He is very happy with his new hose as this one is very light, quite long and it has many diffident modes for the water to come out.The hose is very flexible and facilitates its use in places where you have to bend it to be able to access every corner of the garden.The spray gun that comes with it is very comfortable and easy to use. There are modes for watering the plants in shower or mist mode and stronger and powerful ones for washing cars, walls,etc.Once you finish using the hose, this will get back to its original size and occupying much less space than conventional hoses. It can be put back into its box and stored in a smaller space in the garage.I am very happy to recommend this hose. It is a great invention to have in every garden.

The media could not be loaded.  This hosepipe isn't called a magic hosepipe for nothing, it is absolutely incredible how it expands when you turn the water on to 3 times its length! In the little box it arrived in was also a hosepipe holder, a pattern nozzle/spray gun, solid brass fitting and a universal connector. its extremely durable , you dont get any kinks or knots in it, the hose is very lightweight too. It is a very high quality material and very well made. With the different settings on the nozzle you can use it to clean almost anything as well as watering the grasss and flowers. i would 100% recomend this hosepipe to anyone, for under £30 i think its a real bargain too.

I bought this hose to replace my other expandable hose that had burst i was offered this product free for testing.. This is a good replacement, however the fittings are not what you might expect, i transplanted my old "hoselock" style fittings on to this hose and now it works great! The metal fittings supplied feel substantial but i'd say they were not universal by today's standards/expectations.

The instruction are beyond useless and did not explain what each bit in the package was for or what to do with it. The hanging hook is too small for the hose. And the hose itself really lacks power. Not really for for purpose. Really disappointing. Money wasted.
