I purchased this item last year and had quite a few compliments on it. It was pretty easy to install. Just takes a little getting used to and trying to find the right height. I moved offices and unfortunately lost one of the clamps. I reached out to the customer service dept to see if they sold them individually. They replied back fairly quickly and advised that at that time they weren't selling the clamp separately, but that they were happy that I was so pleased with the product, and sent a brand new hammock, at NO cost! Being in a customer service role myself, I can certainly appreciate receiving good customer service. Thank you again for all your help!

I broke my foot pretty badly over the summer of 2018, and underwent three different surgeries to fix it over the course of six months. During the middle and later parts of my recovery, I was also a full time student and this foot hammock was a lifesaver. I was on restricted movement and elevation requirements for the healing of my injury, and I wouldn't have been able to attend my classes if I hadn't purchased this hammock. It served me well for several months, but I did have to make some modifications to it.First off, the cord locking mechanism operates on friction. You're going to have to tie the loose end of the hanging cord around the slip lock in order to prevent the lock from slipping. Secondly, the fabric portion is a little short length wise to use with both feet and still remain comfortable since the wooden dowels on each end are square and sharp; they'll dig into your calves if you're not careful about the positioning of your c-hooks. It could also bear to be a bit wider to allow for more ankle and heel support.Secondly, the c-hooks, while convenient in that they're twist to secure fasteners, aren't hardened steel and WILL bend if put under too much pressure. Larger people, or those with foot injuries like myself and wearing a few pounds of extra braces or casts might have an issue with the c-hooks suddenly popping off the desk's edge. They can be bent back into shape, just be aware of how much weight you're putting on the hooks. For people who are able to use the included screws to secure the hooks to the inside of your desk, this shouldn't be an issue since the twist-hook part of the fastener itself never failed, just the spine.Third, this thing has incredible distance reach with the ropes it uses to hang on. The only problem with that is when you need high elevation at a small desk, you wind up with a LOT of extra rope that needs to be secured to avoid becoming a fall hazard. I wound up pulling the rope to maximum slack and just tying knots at one inch intervals to avoid this problem.Overall, for the price and utility I got out of this foot hammock, I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for one. I used it daily for several months and it's still got life in it.

I ordered this item because I work at a desk and sitting upright in the chair all day can be extremely uncomforatable.I got approximately 87 days of use out of this product (only work weekdays) so I paid about .30 cents per day to use this. When you break it down like that, it's not nearly as infuriating - BUT - an empty printer box from the back of the office is free and offers the same amount of comfort without the fear of the rope breaking. Because it will.The hooks used to hold the rope are metal and the ropes are thin and are not coated with any type of plastic or anything to keep them from becoming frayed and snapping on the hooks.I really expected to get at least 6 months to a year out of this product so it's pretty disappointing. And I'm far from a large lady, so my thunder thighs did not weigh this thing down terribly.If you have $25-$30 to throw down the drain every 4 months, feel free - but I don't so I will not be purchasing again.

Update : I received the package on Thursday just like they said I would so 2 days after ordering it...i installed it within a few minutes very easy to do! I love love love it! I can already tell a difference in my back pain, my joints aren't as stiff after a long day sitting at my desk... I would definitely recommend this product and I might just give this as a Xmas gift to some people I know that spend a lot of time sitting at their desks :) oh and the phone stand it comes with is really cool too I didn't know it came with it until I opened the package but I like that it's not too bulky so it still fits in my pocket...

Contrary to my actual rating I am leaving this review because I know I only look at the 1-2 star reviews and talk myself out of products. So if your like me listen up. The leg hammock is good quality it feels nice on the skin very sturdy. The slack on it holds steady the only problem is that the ropes stretch a little bit so you have to tighten it more than you would think. I use it on a 6ft long desk and I could go even longer with it. The clamps are strong and steady and supports my heavy legs (6’1” male with some pretty chunky legs). I would recommend this product if you’re looking to ease leg stiffness at work/home if you sit in a chair all day. I would not say it’s good to use as a travel leg rest it doesn’t seem applicable but I’m sure it could be done if you really wanted too. Not paid to review just passionate about leg pain at the desk lol! 5 STARS all the way!!

I thought I'd like the hammock but the fact that it's swinging isn't comfortable for me.I'd prefer a solid bar to rest my foot against but can't install one on my table, so I tried this.Quality and packaging looks great though!

I was concerned about how difficult will be installing this foot hammock, however, it took me a few minutes and I did it all alone, no husband help was needed here! Now really, I’m not a handywoman, but this tool came with an installation guide, so easy and clear that even for me was a piece of cake to understand the instructions.My husband is also in love with the product and is always stealing my desk seat, just to rock his legs in the foot hammock. Luckily it’s easy to adjust. Happy with my purchase.
