this steamer worked well but started giving troubles after a year. Checked with agaro customer care and thry asked me to replace the water pump. They delivered the pump to my address and videos on how to replace it. I did it myself and it started to work again. Overall happy with the service (saptharshi from agaro) and guidance provided. Also, customer care adked me to use RO water to get better results from the pump/steamer. Necessary service is provided however could have been better if technician did the service rather than we doing it.Though i am happy with product, I will probably look for a better brand in the future.

Review after 1.5 Years of usage.In terms of quality, the product has been built fine but lacks the power to throw the steam once it starts getting old. I have got the machinery replaced once within a year as the steam has stopped coming out. And the new machine has also stopped after 6 months of replacement. Overall the quality of the product is not at all good.DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT. Go for other brands

Amazing and easy to use

I bought it last year. Durability is questionable. Its stopped working in just one year. The steam pump is not working. And guess what becausw the product is out of warranty it will cost 1000rs to repair it
