Loved that these collapse to such a small, easily portable size. Carrying pack is handy too. Easily fit in my luggage without adding too much weight and were easy to assemble quickly for use. I’ve never hiked with trekking poles before and I will never go back. These poles were easy to assemble and study and comfortable throughout a 2-hour hike with lots of elevation changes. In fact, I only used on and gave the other to my hiking partner and even using just one each we loved them. Ordering another set now! The help you cover more distance more quickly and tire less quickly. The carrying bag is great as well—not frustration in repacking. These poles are a terrific value. Love these, very lightweight and easy to use….once you figure out where the lock button is. I had to watch the video. But now that I know, they are very easy to use and add hardly any weight to the pack if not in use. Great poles for a great price!

hi I am a both korean hiker and seller.first i was impressed by your compact size and design also long handle. it can open my wallet.But and i got a mercherdise. i was so embarrased under plastic part was littte peeled off.also I test stick in KOREA's most popular mountain called JILI mountain. there was so many rocks there.so after using sticks in JIRI mountain, I was surprised you cotting quality. so many aluminum parts are peeled off. Although Other member sticks are good condition.It's my personal opinion. but As I have worked at quality control team person. It's obivious quality issue.also I am a seller at KOREA so i want to sell your stick but i judge it can't possible to sell in korea. because so many rock mountains in KOREA. It's a shame for you quality but your design and easy to assemble is goodplease improve your cotting above aluminum and also under plastic part.before you ship out of your factory please checkthanks

I just started hiking and really need some added support on hills. These poles are very light weight , easy to carry , easy to assemble and help going down hills. I found these seem to build up my shoulder strength and my arms. I think using these poles will help my walking since I tend to use one side more than the other side.

These poles are very sturdy thanks to the new pin near the handle that locks the pole sections right. In time I will know if the strong cable through the sections will stretch and need tightening. For now it’s perfect. The little carry bag easily attaches to one of the poles and makes a little carry bag. The rubber feet have a metal ‘washer’ inside to keep the ice pick from cutting through. Two things I would like to see added are instructions for removing the hand straps AND a reversed left hand strap (or the ability to flip the strap). When you put the hand UP through the strap and hold the grip, the left hand is a bit uncomfortable because a wider part of that strap fits across the thumb and it’s bulky. Or use slightly padded straps. I love the green colour. I’m not sure if I ordered the wrong size (were there sizes), I will recheck, but I am not tall and normally 110cm are a perfect Urban Walking Pole length on flat ground but there are ever so slightly a bit long for my usual 110cm height.

I have been looking at walking sticks for a while now. When I saw these from TheFitLife I thought I would give them a try.Very pleased I did, the first thing you notice is how light they are being constructed out of aviation grade aluminium (266 g) each pole, and coming in a carry bag was a bonus, this bag has loops for attachment to a backpack or a belt. Once out undo the Velcro strap and then fold out, after that push the sections together making sure the top section is extended until the button is heard to click out and they are ready to use. There are adjustable straps on the handle to secure over your wrists, and they are height adjustable.I found walking with them very easy and it has helped my mobility with much better balance.Included in the bag are nice clear instructions, snow and mud baskets and spare rubber tip.A well made and very handy bit of kit for outdoor walks.

Overall, I am pleased with the quality and price of these poles. However, I'm 5'3" and I open my "retractable "poles to 118 cm. In order to make these work, I have to hang onto the very bottom of the very long (thank goodness!) grip handles. They worked for me on our trip, but I felt they were too long (think Gandalf's staff). Before ordering these, I even checked the children's trekking poles, but they would be too short for me.So, FitLife, do you make any poles which fold up small (for packing into a carryon or personal item luggage) but which have a shorter minimum height for me?

Poles seem sturdy and well designed, save that the handle is a little slim for large hands. The weight is about average.. Good packaging and excellent instructions worth reading before assembly. Easy to put together and adjust for length. Straps are comfortable. Generous supply of accessories. Altogether reasonable value.
