The main thing to know, if you are going to use this for cooking, is not to be fooled by the tiny packet. It is STRONG. I expect the makers cut up the whole stalks without discarding the more bitter leaves or much of the root. I used one packet to four cans of densely packed albacore tuna (if you use Blue Harbor, you know what I'm talking about), and I could definitely taste the celery, even with all the other stuff (half a cup of dried chives, lemon juice, olive oil, ground Kosher dill pickles, salt, mayonnaise) I put in my version of tuna salad.As a culinary point, you know how chicken or tuna salad get kind of watery after a day in the fridge? That's your fresh celery, leeching its tasty but watery juice into your salad.On a personal convenience level, this product is a huge time saver, there is no waste other than the tiny packet, and it's much cheaper to use. I'm a big fan now.

I don’t like the price and worried about how much sodium it has in each but love the easy to use packets that don’t last long

This is strong I used in my soup to give it more flavor it was easier to take that way instead of in water

I ordered this because I thought it would taste like celery juice. I like to buy fresh celery and juice it and my juicer. This taste nothing like celery juice do not buy I order it May 2024

It taste like celery it's not sweet it taste like celery

I bought this instead of having to make fresh celery juice. It has an earthy taste and I do feel less bloated when I drink it but it doesn’t compare to the fresh celery juice. Still a good greens drink though!
