Excellent flavors. Very low price. I'm extremely satisfied.

Good value whey protein powder. Definitely on the sweet side. May be useful in home baking. Combine with a decent psyllium husk powder in your shake and its a great way to top up your macros without having to prep countless meals.

Excellent protein for flavour and value!The white choco hazelnut flavour is great! This protein mixes well and tastes good even with just water. Highly recommend!Applied Nutrition also sent me some free samples of other proteins and preworkout sachets which was a really nice touch, I will definitely be trying more of their products!

Came fast and the white chocolate hazelnut tastes fantastic. I've tried multiple other brands and they're fine (ON, MYprotein) and this in terms of taste and price blows them out of the water. Recommend.

I’ve been using whey protein for years, and this is easily one of the worst reformulations I’ve ever seen.The new version of Applied Nutrition Critical Whey is a complete downgrade in every possible way. The powder is now ridiculously fine, to the point where it behaves like cornstarch. Every time you open the tub or try to scoop it, it turns into a cloud and goes everywhere. It’s messy, it sticks to your hands, the scoop, the lid, and even the air around you. Making a simple shake shouldn’t feel like cleaning up after a powder explosion.The texture is just as bad. Instead of the normal, slightly granular whey consistency, this feels artificial and off. Depending on how you mix it, it either comes out weirdly thin or oddly “gummy,” which suggests they’ve overloaded it with cheap thickeners instead of focusing on actual quality.The taste is another major disappointment. What used to be enjoyable is now noticeably worse. It feels like corners were cut hard here, likely cheaper flavoring or a lower-quality blend. It’s not just “different” — it’s objectively worse.This isn’t an improvement. It’s a cost-cutting reformulation disguised as an upgrade. The previous version was perfectly fine, and there was absolutely no reason to ruin it like this.If you’re used to proper whey texture and taste, avoid this. There are far better options out there that don’t make a mess every time you use them and don’t compromise on quality.Extremely disappointing.

Good protein, wouldn’t say it tastes like kinder bueno! More like of a mix of vanilla and something else but it’s still good!Low calorie and high protein

Geschmacklich gut, sehr fein und löst sich super auf. Dienst mir aufgrund des Caseins als Frühstückersatz (mit Mandelmilch)

Der Geschmack ist ganz gut, die Löslichkeit eher semi - der Shake wird sehr dick, was einerseits gut ist, weil er selbst mit Wasser lecker cremig wird. Allerdings schadet es nicht, ein bisschen mehr Flüssigkeit zu nehmen als gewohnt.Der Zuckergehalt ist etwas höher als bei anderen Produkten, es ist auch insgesamt recht süß (wenn man das mag, ist es okay). Auf 100 g kommen 72 g Protein bei 8 g Zucker, das geht natürlich besser (aber das weiß man ja vorher). Nur sollte man das natürlich beachten, wenn man jedes zusätzliche Gramm Zucker vermeiden will. Für die Wettkampfdiät wahrscheinlich nicht das Produkt der Wahl. ;)Die Konsistenz des Pulvers ist äußerst staubig, man kann quasi nichts entnehmen, ohne in einer halben Staubwolke zu stehen und alles voller Pulver zu haben. Das ist etwas nervig.Insgesamt ein Produkt, das schmeckt und von den Nährwerten her, auch wenn diese nicht optimal sind, für die meisten Gym-Gänger wohl ausreichend sein dürfte (ggf. muss man halt schauen, "if it fits your macros" ;)). Ich persönlich würde es aber aufgrund der oben angeführten Punkte nicht noch mal kaufen.
