Why does this say epilation if it's for waxing? Can you use it for epilating?

The definition of "epilation" is removal of hair by the roots" which waxing does do. Works great with wax, a little goes a long way!

What's the difference between this and, say, just using mineral oil?

Gigi oil contains moisturizers to condition the skin

Do you use this before regular waxing or can it be used before sugaring?

We have only seen instructions for this product mention using it before hard wax, never any mention of sugaring.

Can you use this before using gigi all purpose honee wax? i am not a fan of hard wax

Yes....this oil is for using prior to waxing to prepare the area and keep wax from sticking to skin.
