A must have for the handbag
This is the 2nd time I have Purchased this item. A great jounal to log how you feel in relation to your mental health or anything else. It has a mixture of lined and plain paper, as well as nice quotes and ideas for relaxing and colouring. The only thing I could suggest if I were pushed are a few prompts of how you feel, but at the end of the day it is for you to use as you see fit.

a brilliant find
This is a beautiful journal. The colourful illustrations lift your spirits before you write anything. There are lots of blank pages, but there are some prompts to help you focus on what you want to write. I love the mindful drawing examples. A lovely book in which to keep your personal thoughts.

Fantastic little book
Fantastic little book. Good quality pages so colour doesn't go through if you use inks or pens. The exercises give you a place to start if you find a blank page intimidating. It took me a few pages to really get into it but it has become such a valued part of my self care. I actually sad to have filled it all up! I paid the full £9.99 for it and it was worth every penny.

More journal than activities
I bought on a bit of an impulse and knowing it was supporting charity but it wasn't what I expected. I hoped for more activities and fewer blank journal pages. It is about 1/5 activities the rest are just decorated plank pages to journal in. Probably should have looked into it more before purchasing Edit: I was initially a bit unfair in my review, I have upped it to 3 stars, since I am enjoying using the journal. I do still wish it had more activities though as I would like something to keep my mind occupied for longer, especially when I don't know what to do with myself I find activity suggestions and prompts very helpful. I think I am probably going to end up finishing all the activities in the journal before I've written in most of the blank journal pages

A beautiful journal for young and old alike
This is a beautifully presented book with activities, pages for your thoughts, inspiring quotes and much more, which can help you along the way if you are feeling low in mood, anxious or stressed. I gave a copy to a girl who was worried about moving from Primary to Secondary school and she absolutely loved it. It's just as good for adults. I've now bought three for gifts and plan to buy more at Christmas!
