I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER USED!first of all, the 2 modes it have are so weak. That if you put the cleaning brush even slightly up to your skin it stops.Second, is the fact that the brushes that come with this poorly made device are so harsh on your skin. Mine has blistered up even though I used there "sensitive skin" brush head. Which is a load of crap. I now have blisters and micro tears in my skin and just want a refund for this waste of a product. Not happy

I bought this about 2 month ago, used it 2-3 times a week and the week before last I started to slow down and eventually stop working. I'd leave it for a few days then it would work again but considerably slower, i thought I should replace the batteries, but no the batteries had been eroded away by water, the casing is in no way waterproof! I let it dry for a few more days, replaced the batteries and tried to not get it wet which is incredibly hard considering you use it whilst wet duh, but now it's completely stopped working, I'm assuming cause the motor is completely ruin cause if water damage. It was good when it worked but has a short life.

I use this every other day and it honestly helps with spots so much. Finding the right head is a little hard as it's a balance of it actually doing help or it being a little rough for my sensitive skin. However, after finding the right balance, it seriously helps with pimples, redness, oil and pores, especially around the nose. It has also helped so much in removing any dead skin that could have showed up had I not used it, I don't have a problem with flaky skin on my face at all now. The head detaches a bit too easily but that's not awful and it lasts absolutely forever on batteries. Had this for so long now and still haven't had to change the batteries once. It's easy to use, works amazingly, lasts ages and is very durable (I have dropped it countless times in the shower). Would highly recommend.

Fantastic product always having to buy face exfoliater sponges as foundation really dries my skin out, this brush is absolutely great and has different heads some softer and some harder depending on your skin have tried all heads and they are all great. I've been using with soap and glory facial cleansing cream and my skin has been glowing and super soft very happy with this product 5/5.

It is amazing! I bought it for my bestfriend as a Christmas present and she loves it! The bristles of the heads are so soft! I reccommend this seller!
