I have had this for years. Different companies yes but I started with the liquid extract. I hit the gym hard and use this when off my supplements. I double the dose which it says not to but I can drop it if I need to. Helps with sex drive and hardens muscles. People have said it’s a load of rubbish but I swear by this stuff. Just up the amount. Takes roughly 2 to 3 weeks to kick in for a noticeable feeling that something is definitely working. It says 2 tabs a day I think. I went for 4. I’m still alive and done this for many years. Great stuff and I use this label now.

I'm already a big fan of some herbal supplements, so have personal experience of how beneficial they can be for better mental & physical health & wellbeing. Tribulus as a supplement has purported benefits for health & wellbeing. Amongst these claimed benefits are: improved libido, potential anabolic effects to improve power & athletic performance, & heart health benefits. I've not taken tribulus as a supplement before, so was happy to receive & test review the Toniiq Tribulus capsules. The Toniiq Tribulus capsules come in a black branded plastic tub. The tub contains 120 capsules with a suggested serving size of 2 capsules per day. Each capsule contains 1300mg of tribulus extract. The capsules are medium sized so easy to swallow. I've found no digestive issues wiith them. From initial impressions after taking the tribulus capsules for the past 2 weeks, I definitely haven't had any negative effects from this supplement. I'm currently on a lean-bulk cycle of strength training & have been making steady strength & mass gains throughout. As an experienced exerciser, I pay attention to programming, nutrition & recovery. With regards to tribulus & its potential positive effects on libido & athletic performance, I can't fully substantiate these claims, but can say that my energy & performance levels for gym workouts & other activities has been good. There is no scientific or medical research to back the claim of any anabolic effects in humans. There has been some positive research results regarding potential libido & heart health benefits. Overall, the Toniiq Tribulus capsules are a good strength & purity, plus it's reasonably priced. Whether or not tribulus has health benefits is disputed & still open to further research; however, there's no harm in experimenting as the supplement has few known side effects. There are some special precautions with tribulus, and it's recommended to avoid taking tribulus supplements if pregnant, breast-feeding or about to undertake scheduled surgery.

The pills give a really good boost to your overall strength. And considering the other products on the market, these pills are good value for money.

The extremely high strength and extract ratio of this tribulus claimed is questionable and I personally don’t find the effects to be that strong really. Not seen that much of a boost or feel from this as I have other herbs but I have taken other brands of tribulus that were lower strength and didn’t feel too much either. Perhaps I had built up a tolerance to tribulus or it’s just not that effective compared to other herbal supplements like tongkat that are used for the same benefits. The capsules also leaked inside the container so I had some loose powder on the inside. Purity seems to be good as it’s not cut with any fillers. Might give it another go in the future but as of now even though I feel a bit sometimes I don’t find it particularly effective for strength, energy, libido, drive and it is a bit underwhelming even with it’s supposed extremely high extract strength.

I've been taking these as part of a six supplement stack for about three weeks now, and boy have I seen results, I feel bigger and more muscular, I also feel better mentally and in my general health, and I haven't lifted a single weight for around six months now, I can only imagine what gains I'm going to get when I get back in the gym again.

For those who don't understand how this herb works - you should be having 500mg to begin with and if you feel okay then increase it to 1000mg per day MAX. Any more will have you bouncing off the walls, confused, irratable, aggressive etc. Believe me I know. Don't over do it guys. Stay safe.
