How do you open the bottle? Do you need to cut the top?

Screw the blue part of the lid until you hear a snap. That breaks the safety seal and you can open and close it like a regular cap. Once the seal is broken the cap consist of the top of the bottle and the blue part. I use these bottles in hospital. A lot of nurses don't know how to open them.

Does it stay Sterile once opened?

No nothing stays sterile once exposed to air. Products only stay sterile when the package remain factory sealed . it will however remain safe for use for several days . you can microwave it to almost boiling point if you have doubts.

Do you just put this in a nebuliser and inhale it?

Hiya in my case the saline is mixed with other medicine and then yes inhaled (mix of liquid medicine In precise measurements) -i’m not sure that helps

Can you use this to clean Piercings

Very easy to open!

It's the second time I buy it, it's my lifesaver when my baby has nasal congestion, it's very easy to open, at first it was hard for me to understand the mechanism, but it's actually practical, I leave you a video so you know how to do it!
