Pink Chess Set Wooden with Board Educational Adults, Cartoon Board Game Cute

Purchased for an 8 year old granddaughter whose first comment was that it looked well made. Her mom called it pink and purple perfection! The pieces are sturdy and sit well on the board. Dad and daughter are having fun learning the game. Good investment!

2 stars because it’s cute for our 5 year old daughter. But when her chess teacher arrived, and we set up the board, her chess teacher immediately said we can’t even play because too many of the pieces look exactly the same on both sides. All the nights on the board look exactly the same. The bishops like almost the same but you can tell a slight difference but it’s incredibly confusing especially if you have a child who so young you can’t even label them.

Very cute. Granddaughter is going to love this…on many levels. This Item arrived on time and was thoughtfully placed on my daughter’s doorstep (she lives in another state).
