UPDATE: after one year it broke. Im pretty sure some debris got in the hinge and slowly started wearing away at the cable connecting each half together. It eventually stopped turning on. Had it for almost exactly a year. The screen has just stated malfunctioning. It seems to disconnect itself as it opens and closes. So it flickers on and off but the phone doest shut off. Suggests debris getting into the hinge and damaging the cable that powers the screens. I expect it to break completely soon and a repair would cost as much as the phone. Id suggest getting a case with a hinge cover as i didn't have one. Still, love the phone and will get a new one if it breaks

I don't write reviews very often. However, this was extremely disappointing. This was the first time I bought myself a nice phone and within 24 hours it was broken. I noticed a little nic/scratch on the screen but figured it was the "cosmetic" damage that comes with a refurbished phone, even though I bought one in "excellent condition". The phone literally dropped from my couch cushion to the carpeted floor (a foot down). I picked it up and the entire screen didn't work. I requested a refund and they "granted it". When I went to check on the status I found out they approved the refund but only gave me 1 cent back! I ordered this phone from another company and have had no issues since. I love the phone, it's durable, fast, and unique. I'm beyond upset that this company sent me a broken phone they claimed to be refurbished and in excellent condition only to claim they approved a refund but only send me 1 cent.

Way better than flip 6. Do not buy flip6. Total junk. Mine was 8 months old under warranty. Samsung refused to repair under warranty

TLDR: since the review is long: Don't get the Flip 4 renewed unless price is your motivation. Its last year's phone. The Razr 2023 is only $599 (cheaper on sale) and nearly identical. Or get a new Razr+ 2023 or Flip 5 instead. Battery life sucks on flip phones, so eliminating some of the battery usage going new instead of renewed is almost a necessity. Even if you go new, I'd still recommend getting a portable battery, like one that hangs off the USB-C port unless you plan on leaving the phone charging all day. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I did not realize the Flip 4's screen is very soft plastic. I knew it was soft but I didn't think it was that soft. The one I received had a dent in it. Contacted seller and they gave me a $25 refund so I chose that since the dent wasn't that bad and I'll probably get used to it. I didn't want to return + repurchase and gamble. The outside notification screen is nice and serves its purpose. I installed GoodLock from the Samsung store and the MultiStar extension so I could use apps, mainly calculator, Spotify, Pandora, and Samsung Wallet (tap to pay) with the screen closed. Using full apps (as opposed to the cover widgets) on the cover screen is a gimmick I probably won't use that often, but its nice to have that option. Sound quality of the speaker + earpiece (can do stereo) isn't as good as an S21, S21FE, or newer. Even my S10 Lite has better sound than the Flip 4, but that was expected due to small speaker and small earpiece. Battery health measured at 3595mAh out of 3700mAh (97%) and Amazon only requires 80% battery life. Although battery life is 97%, the battery life is abysmal , losing about 10% per hour while using the phone. I'll probably purchase a 5000mAh or higher hang off the USB-C port battery pack if I notice battery life is too low. Wireless charging is slow. It gets even slower when the phone is in use, like if you're watching something or listening to music.

Phone works exactly how it's supposed to. I got it to use as a second phone just for calls and texts.

Good, Speedy and Awesome Condition. This phone has a metal body and is quite durable, only complaint is charge time and heat. It runs Switch games like a charm.

PLEASE READ!!! If you are looking for a phone that will last more than a year dont bother buying these phones... I unfortunately did not do my research and look at other people's reviews before hand..I just wanted this phone because its really cute and a flip phone!! You cannot flip it as if its a regular flip phone you have to be really careful opening and closing it because there is wiring in the hinge that goes from one side of the phone to the other.. and after having this phone after a little over a year the wires are starting to mess up and making it so my screen will randomly not turn on.. and guess what .. to get it fixed it cost more than the atcual phones.. I recommend getting a newer model and doing research as they supposedly are made better.. im really sad that this phone will have to be replaced so soon.. I had my galaxy s9 for like 10 years no problem :(

Llegó en perfecto estado y funciona muy bien. Bastante fácil de configurar y migrar la información del antiguo dispositivo.

Casi un mes de uso. La entrega fue rápida y el teléfono se encuentra en excelente estado, parece nuevo. El cargador que incluye es genérico, recomiendo adquirir uno original aparte. El teléfono se calienta un poco al cargar, lo bueno es que no tarda mucho, así que no hay problema. La batería dura poco, pero si se activan el modo oscuro y el modo ahorro de batería y se desactivan las aplicaciones innecesarias, la batería dura día y medio sin problema. Fuera de eso, el teléfono rinde bien, tiene buen brillo alto y bajo, mis juegos y aplicaciones cargan rápido y ni se diga del diseño que es muy elegante y práctico. Lo recomiendo.
