Very pleased with this miter bar.
First of all, I was surprised in the high quality level of the packaging and it does reflect actual product quality. Instructions were very easy to follow regarding the usage of the template and it was spot on. Adjustment took only a few minutes, found using the middle screw first for setting worked best for me. What is nice about this design you get much more surface contact compared to other miter bars where there is points of contact and with this style of adjustment you can easily move (depending on jig) between machines.

Way better than expected!
I have a job site saw with miter slots that are “generous” in width. These worked great: the guides easily adjusted for no play while not being overly tight. Adjusting fit from the top is a breeze and the instructions have you use 1/4 holes to preserve some room for adjustment—useful when using multiple guides on one sled. Hardware quality is excellent and looks like it should last forever. And yes, you can easily remove them to swap between sleds/jigs if you like!

Another Great Product From Microjig!
I am a big fan of Microjig products and this is no exception. I really like that this is made for top down adjustments. I will be using it to make a small sled for my router table. They do sell it as a 2 pack as well which I will be purchasing in the future. My only complaint is that I wish they were longer.

Track can be adjusted for zero play, instructions for building two jigs, not suitable for large jigs
In the interest of full disclosure, as a trusted and unbiased Amazon reviewer, I was able to request this product free of charge.Nice product - well made and good instructions. The concept is fairly simple - basically a parallelogram that can be opened or collapsed so you can achieve zero play in your table slot. There are bolts that secure the bar to your jig and separate bolts that allow you to lock the bar once you achieve the desired width. The miter gauge with the saw I have has a screw in the center of the miter bar. The miter bar has a slot cut in the middle - you adjust the screw to widen the bar to customize the fit. The problem with this is that you are only reducing the play in the middle of the bar. The design of the ZeroPlay Miter Bar eliminates this problem. The instructions are very detailed and illustrate how to make 2 jigs - one jig is for tuning your table saw, i.e. making sure it is precisely aligned. The other jig is a sled measuring 7 1/2 x 12 inches. One of the strengths of this product is the detailed instructions. For the sled items B and C are not properly labeled - they should be reversed. This is fairly minor and becomes obvious when you look at the dimensions of the parts. The ZeroPlay bar works well, but don't expect to make a large sled with it - it is only 12 inches long so you are limited. However, I would think you could use more than one to make a larger jig. Also there are some optional accessories that are available like a handle for the sled, but you can get by without these by making your own or making some modifications.I am pleased with this item and it will become a very useful addition to my woodworking tools.
