Is Lip Therapy the same as regular vaseline?

No, despite the other responses, they are not the same product. The lip therapy is more viscous and has slightly differing ingredients.

What is the difference between this and regular petroleum jelly?

It's sort of thicker than regular petroleum jelly and doesn't glide on as well. I went back to regular petroleum jelly!
