Worked perfectly for mounting my spare tire in my 93 F350. The factory under bed mount was missing, this is way easier to get the tire down as well. Money well spent!

Great product, mounted to the inside wall of an Enclosed aluminum trailer. I mounted it high on the wall, I used a bigger washer and the enclosed nut to secure the lug bolt to the bracket, and the 4 self drilling screws into a aluminum wall stud, I used the shorter lag bolt it was perfect length so I don't have to unscrew the nut forever. I used a 3/4 end wrench and tightened it till the bolt just came thru the nut perfectly. It is a full size 205/75/15 tire and its not resting on the ground it is at the top of the wall

I used this to install a spare tire on my aluminum trailer. It had been looking at side-mounts, but saw this one. I had my doubts because of the low price. My aluminum trailer has a straight tongue with two bracing beams angled back to the trailer bed. I installed the spare laying flat just behind the trailer jack. It was simple to install, tire is very secure, and components are rust resistant/proof. They even included two different lengths of carriage bolts. I’m not sure how sturdy it would be if your trailer has just a single tongue, but for a trailer like mine I highly recommend.

This product was almost as stated online. It claims it comes with 2 - 1/2 x 13 carriage bolts. They are metric. They were both too short, so I purchased a 1/2 x13 bolt that worked for me. A little carving on the bracket and it worked in the end. Also came with no sticker as stated. Not a big deal.

Easy installation and secured the spare tire tightgly against the inside wall of our enclosed trailer.

I had one of those spare tire carriers that mount to the exterior tongue bar. The tire is exposed to harsh weather here in Idaho and I wanted a way to carry it inside the trailer. These mounts are super easy to install and provide a very secure way to hold the tire and preserve the tire's condition

This is a pretty good spare tire holder for my cargo trailer because I didn't want to crowd inside. I mounted it on the outside (front) with the weight of the wheel on the tongue. I drilled thru steel trailer frame in all 4 holes all the way to the inside of trailer. I went to box store and bought stainless steel bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts. Tightened everything down real good and seems to be very secure. All you see are the nuts on inside of trailer instead of taking up more space with tire. I used the longer bolt and believe it or not I wrapped duct tape to hold square head of bolt in place while I tightened up nut provided so it seated in square receiver part of mount. It held right in place good; you can't weld aluminum mount to zinc bolt anyways. I wouldn't mount this to anything unless the tire has support of inside floor (for inside mounting) or the front outside tongue (outside mounting). Hope this helps all.

I wanted to relocate the spare tire mount on our camper because of interference with the bike rack. I searched for a long time before finding this and it works great!! I have the spare sitting on the bumper and then lock it into place with this being mounted to the back of the camper. Works great and has held up to some very bumpy travels!
