My 3 year old loves this. It's great for practicing tracing different kinds of lines using fun photos like sunshines and ladybugs. I really like that it's in a book and wipes clean so it can be reused. Feels less messy and wasteful than paper coloring books. It's also easy to throw in the car on trips or take to restaurants to keep her busy when she's bored! I ordered colorful dry erase markers too and that makes it even more fun for kids

My 2.5 year old had never written before I ordered this book. We bought the Crayola nontoxic dry erase markers and a cute emoji eraser to use with it. Great purchases! He loved the images and challenges in this book, especially helping the baby animals reach their mothers. It also gave us a lot to talk about with pictures of instruments, food, transportation, etc. It was great to practice English with him. He calls this book his “homework” and asks to do it with me all the time. We do a page a day together and he has made huge progress. I will definitely purchase other Gakken books now! We are hooked with all the adorable images and challenges :) learning that feels like play.
