The spine model is too big and too difficult to flex. The model is not flexible enough to maneuver or twist the parts of the spine model.

As usual, this series of models is very affordable and does a good job with the bony connections and articulations. In terms of details, just like the cervical spine model, there is no C1 spinal nerve exiting between the occipital bone and C1 vertebra. That's the only major issue. Otherwise it is pretty resilient, the spine flexes easily to demonstrate various curvatures and motions.

My daughter is using it for her classes and has found it to be very helpful. It doesn't take up a lot of room on her desk and was easy to setup/assemble.
