Cargo Mat Fit for BMW X5 2019-2026 ONLY 5 Seats

Fits great in my 2023 X5. The mat feels durable, is easy to clean, and doesn’t move around at all. It covers pretty much the entire trunk area. I cut a small hole in the middle so I could still access the hook in case I ever need to pull out the spare tire.

Very pleased with fit and quality. Would buy again.

We bought a 2026 BMW X7 in April and wanted to make sure we could use it as we need while maintaining a clean and high end look. While some may consider plastic floor mats as far from high end, my opinion is they are much better looking than beat up dirty rugs. We've very happy with the fit and practicality of this product, and it didn't break the bank like the BMW factory versions would have.

My review is for the mat in a 2027 BMW X7. Bottom Line Up Front: Once I got everything modified and figured out how to make it work, the mat ended up pretty good and effective. But poor design meant that I had to do a lot of modifications.I initially installed the mat with the right-side extension properly aligned. When the seats were raised, however, it pushed the mat back so it stuck out too far. When the lower clamshell was raised, the mat bulged and the right-side extension was now misaligned. I fixed this by cutting about 1-1/2" off the end of the mat and a little tailoring around the right-side extension. The mat now lies flat, it doesn't bulge when the clamshell is closed, and it still covers the same area.As modified, when the third-row seat is down, the mat pretty effectively covers the entire cargo area, leaving only a small gap between the flaps on the bottom mat and the seatback mats (NOTE: The flaps on the bottom mat have velcro on them which makes no sense at all because the seatback mats have to move across the lower flaps -- so I removed it). In fact, I did not use ANY velcro at all. It's not necessary and I wanted to avoid getting sticky stuff on the new carpet. As a result, when the third row is initially raised, the seatback mats are out of position as shown in my photo. However, you can just tuck them into the bottom mat as shown in the last photo. This is very easy and only takes a couple of seconds, but if tucking is a problem for you, maybe you can try the velcro. But I wouldn't guarantee that using the velcro on the seatbacks would help it work any better.

According to the product listing, the mat is made from Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). It does not have a rubber feel or smell.• Hardly any odor after unboxing and once placed in car, the next day, I don’t smell any odor.• The mat was rolled in shipping, rather than folded, and that reduced but did not eliminate bends or creases in the mat (see pictures).• The two sides of the mat were curled up from being rolled up. I turned the mat over and the next morning the mat was lying flat. There wasn’t a need to put it in the sun.THE NOT SO GOOD• There were a few imperfections where the mat was rolled and they appear to be permanent (see pictures).• The mat seems very thin and can be scratched with just a fingernail (see video). Over time, with moving things in and out of the cargo area, the mat will probably not look very good. I’m not sure how durable it will be.CONCLUSIONI like that the mat is not rubber and it didn’t have an odor.Most of the of the mat, next to the rear seats, was initially flat, except for near the two sides, but after placing the cargo mat into the cargo area and closing the door, the issue did resolve.The mat did fit perfectly except for covering two anchors next to the back seats (see video).The biggest negative is how easily the mat can be scratched.

Arrived quickly. Excellent fit. Looks good. I wouldn't bother with the more expensive alternatives.

Perfect. Just installed it and fits to the T in all of the rows and cargo area. This is one of those rare purchases from not a large name and you surprisingly happy it works so well.Didn’t have issues with molding it as leaving it in the sun for 10 minutes makes it pliable. It also doesn’t have any odor. No badging. Cannot attest to velcro yet but I leave the third row flat.The only thing I will comment on is that it will cover the siding logo arounf the door frame. Not really an issue but for awareness.

Great fit and excellent quality. I have had the genuine BMW cargo mats, and I would say these are fairly comparable. Not the exact same quality but they do the job just fine!
