This is a beautiful but poor quality product. When I received it, it worked a couple of times and then stopped. I thought it must be out of gas, so I got it filled. Since then it has again worked only for a day or two and now no longer functions. Not sure what the issue is but I'd save your money and get something more functional.

As soon as I opened it, I tried lighting it but it wasn't working. I looked for a contact number for customer care and it was mentioned in the packaging. I called the number immediately and after a few conversations, he sent me a video on how to fix the issue. The lighter is working fine just as I expected. The customer care person, Vijay, was very helpful and quick with his response.

Bada bekar lighter hai, mene jo peace kharida hai wo continue jal nahi raha, aur iska gas box itna 1 rupee jitna chota hai tum khud hi dekhlo pic me, isko roj refill Krna padegaa agar kharid liya hai toh.

I got this lighter yesterday it was awesome and windproof but there is littel bit problem there is ñot too much gas in it but that is not a big problem I can refill it soo it is very good product but rate is too much

Its sturdy, jet flame is there, sliding is nice, looks are amazing.
