I have a number of adapters that I have built to aid me in correctly wiring trailer lights. In this case I needed an adapter that I can use to plug into a 7 pin trailer hitch plug with indicator lights on a bar. This was excellent as it allows me to check the wiring of 5 of the pins. Only the 24/7 power and trailer brakes needed additional light indicators.

Built good and for the price of them, they are awesome. And they are really bright. They worked really good on our side by side.

These are not water tight, one of mine is fogged up and the other filled halfway with water after 2 weeks of use. They both still work but I cannot trust them to be reliable anymore. Before they fogged up, they are not very bright but are good enough, I wanted to replace them with something better since I installed them anyway. I drilled some drain holes in them to hopefully keep them working until I replace them. They are super cheap so I don’t know what I expected.

I gave this 3 stars because of the fragility of the plastic lens. A 6mm bolt sandwiches the lens and rear cover and vibrations will break the lens bolt hole at the bolt head. My solution (my second set of these lights) is to place a washer under the bolt head so that the bolt head is no longer recessed in the lens - but sits on top of the lens. Thus no stress to the lens. The lights are great lights and work well, but the design sucks.
