I was pleasantly surprised with these pillows. Great quality. They seem firm to the touch. But when you lay down on them, they are really soft. Takes the shape of your head. When you're not laying on the pillow, it fills back up with air to make the pillow fluff up again. These aren't some pillows with just some stuffing inside that's going to break down into a hard, chunky block like the old pillows do. I immediately ordered a second set.

These are suitable to fill out decorative shams/pillow-cases, or for back support when reading in bed, but not for sleeping. They are overstuffed and hard: good for some purposes, but not for comfort!

Ugh. I got 2 queen pillows and 2 king pillows and they were phenomenal!I got 2 more as a Christmas present and they are so over stuffed and terribly uncomfortable. So hit or miss

I will never change my pillow brand again. I hope these are still available if i have to ever replace them. So far after 2 months they still have yet to be fluffed. Every time you get up they go back to new again.

These king size pillows are soft and supportive at the same time. I never knew I needed them until i slept on them the first time. I'm committed and obsessed.

All these reviews and pictures of fluffy thick pillows. Mine are flat and thin, I think they forgot the rest of the filling. They looked nice out of the package but the air rushes out of them when your head puts pressure. I hardly know the difference without a pillow.
