Zero Grid Airplane and Travel Blanket (Pink)

The blanket is large, soft with great features like neck snaps to keep it from sliding, a pocket for items like your phone, and slots for your feet. However, as other reviewers have noted, it is NOT easy to figure out to fold the blanket back into the zipper, and it comes with no instructions. It literally took about 10 minutes, stretching the blanket across my bed at home, and all kinds of folding maneuvers before I finally stumbled on a way to get it zippered. I don’t know how well I’ll be able to do that while in a seat on a plane. I’ll practice a couple more times before I travel but as ingeniously designed as it is, they should have realized it would be used by people who don’t have the benefit of that particular genius! That’s the only shortcoming of the blanket, but unfortunately it’s a real one. But I’m hoping with practice I’ll get the hang of it. I may also see it I can find a video online, or perhaps the seller will be so kind to post one!

I ordered this because I am always cold on the plane. I have several other types of travel blankets but wanted something with the foot pouch and that folded nicely to reduce what I take in my carry-on. I was traveling with a family member who has 7 year old and a 9 year old (with sensory issues). When I took this out of my bag, the kids were automatically drawn to it. They couldn't agree on who "needed" it the most so we switched seats so they were seated together and they shared it on our cross country flight and during out 6 hour car ride. They then took turns using it every other night as their only blanket during the trip. My only regret is that I had only brought one. I let them keep it, so I will definitely order another before my next trip.

I am always freezing on planes and this keeps me so warm and cozy! Love that it slips right on to your carry on luggage. I also am not understanding the reviews that say it's hard to put it back in its bag - you literally just stuff it back in, so easy a 3 year old could do it.

I bought to use for my 12+ hour flight overseas plus train travel. Have not had the opportunity to use, but did tryout at home and loved it. My feet fit well in the pockets. Love the fact you can button around the neck. One of major problems with keeping blanket in place when I travel. Very light in weight. I also love the fact that pocket turns into its own storage bag. I always end up having too many bags. This makes it convenient.

This is a really nice travel blanket. It’s warm and soft, in its bag it even makes a great pillow! I love the snaps that kept it around my neck and shoulders so that it didn’t slip down, that made it very convenient for flight. The only downside is it is a little bigger than I would have liked. It’s nice and thick, I was expecting a thin light blanket for the plane but this one has a bit of bulk to it. It takes up more room than I was expecting but other than that, great blanket. I’ll probably just be really selective of the flights I take it on just for the space aspect.
