Quiet Blender Commercial Low noise Soundproof Heat Milk, Soup, Quiet Smoothie Blender 48oz./1.5L Self-Cleaning

I know several people thought it was too heavy. SO I want to address that first, It's glass and that is much better for your health than plastic. The motor is attached to the glass part and that does add to the weight. If you are not able to hold the pitcher without struggling, it means your arm muscles need to get strengthened. I know that's not going to sit well with some, but it's true. Use it as a workout for those arm muscles, then go get some cast iron pans and keep doing it until you have your strength back. This machine is so quiet, the baby could sleep right next to it. It works perfectly, based on what setting you push. Trust the machine at first. Like the smoothie button, turns the machine on and off through the cycle to let things drop to the bottom etc. It's amazing. The self cleaning button is there for a reason. Use it! It works and keeps the machine nice and clean all by itself. As for the size of the machine itself, If you live in a tiny apartment you won't be able to leave it on your only piece of counter. It takes up as much room as a good professional mixer does. But as you can see in the picture, in a normal size kitchen it's just great.

The media could not be loaded. The touch panel is always blinking when the blender is not in use and plugged in. Also, there no instructions on how to silent the touch panel or how to set up the time. Not powerful enough to blend ice.

EDIT: I reached out to the company expecting to maybe get a replacement part but I was sent a whole new unit that arrived a few days after I messaged them. No questions asked. I'm pleased to have a blender that works again! I will update as to the longevity if this one has any issues sooner than it should.I bought this May 3 2023, used it daily for about 20 seconds to blend coffee. We left for winter at the end of December and returned home May 2024 right before Memorial Day and resumed use of the blender for the same thing… just coffee. No ice, no heating, we rarely if ever use any other features or for any other reason. Today I added everything as I usually do and none of the buttons would work. It lights up, sensors read that the blender pitcher is placed and lid is locked on but zero response from buttons. I’ve never even had to push them hard. The blender has been perfect up til today. It just stopped after barely 9 months of very light daily use… no where near what it should be capable of. I’ve contacted the company so if I update this it will be to provide feedback on their customer service and warranty if it’s good. If there is no update that follows then you can assume it wasn’t good. Lol

*Update:I have now had this blender for just under a year and have used it almost every day since it arrived. There are a couple of mildly annoying things about the controls, like you cannot pause and start, if you stop or pause the blending you have to restart by selecting your blending preference again, very annoying for when you just need to stir and continue. My main concern is the smell of burning electronics it often has during or after blending. And yesterday I think it burnt out a circuit because now it does not go fully to high speed. I am pretty sure it will only last a few more days before it completely dies, and there is no support after the initial 30-90 day so I have already started looking for a new quiet blender.Old review:I have only had this for a couple of weeks, and so far it has been working well. It sometimes smells like the electrical is overheating which concerns me a little, but it hasn't overheated or shut off or anything yet. My biggest complaint is that the instructions are terrible, at least in English they are incomplete at best, and the controls need a major upgrade. If you start a program, like say "Juicing" it starts a pre-programmed routine with different speeds and pauses for about 2 and a half minutes, but you cannot pause to stir then resume. When you hit the stop or pause button, you lose where you are in the program and you have to select it and start it over again. Also, there is no way to program a personalized routine which would be awesome for the blended coffee that I do every day.

This blender, IMHO, is very underpowered. The information listed on Amazon claims it is 800 Watts. This is very misleading. Here's the story: the blender has a heating element to warm up soups, etc. This heating element is 800 Watts. However, the blender motor itself is only 400 Watts. Amazon lists this product as 800 Watts, and therefore you think you're getting a blender with twice the power that this one has. That is very wrong. I noticed that my frozen berries didn't fully blend up, and left a few small chunky pieces in my smoothie. Having said that, the blender is very quiet and I will continue to use it for my daily smoothies. I just wish I wasn't mislead when I bought it.

I was tired of my ninja products. They worked great, but we’re so noisy! Even ones guaranteeing more quiet features. This blender though… oh my gosh! When they say silent, they mean it! I am beyond happy with this. It’s super easy to clean, extremely quiet, great durable materials, just the right kind of settings for everything I need, and it’s quite pretty on my counter. It is a good size so takes up some space, but I have the room for it and use it almost daily so I like having it out. I highly recommend it.
