This hose reel has no leaks and looks great. It allows me enough room for my heavy duty 3/8 pressure washer hose of 75 feet .The con for me is it struggles reeling in my hose but not so much where it’s not manageable . I also wish the fitting for attaching hose had a different angle allowing my hose to go on the reel better but I’m figuring that part out. I haven’t had it long enough to know on durability. I would buy this hose reel again though especially if going with standard lighter weight hose which I will be doing . I think the value for money is great .

This reel was perfect for my pressure washer. I didn’t have to modify anything to make it fit.It’s the perfect size and my 100ft hose fits nicely.

Works and looks as described

Great product and was easy to install. If I had one complaint about it, I would have like for it to have a little bigger crank handle. All in all it’s a great hose reel.

Edit: Original review below. I contacted Amazon who then showed me how to contact the seller. I took pictures and sent it to the seller and the next morning I got a friendly message that they were going to send a new hose reel. I didn't know I had a warranty but there is and they honored it. Awesome company.I live in Chicago. I purchased this hose reel Oct 6 2023. Used it twice a week for about 3 weeks before the winter set in. Had no issues. Well, today, April 8 2024, I decided to use it since it is about 70 degrees out and the winter is pretty much over here in chicago. I hooked up my electric pressure washer, all the hoses, and went to turn on the water. I heard running water falling on the ground and knew something was wrong. I checked around and that is when I saw the fitting broke off. I can't pinpoint when it happened since this is the first time using this reel since at least November last year. My guess is that it broke during the winter here in chicago during one of the cold snaps we got. You can see in the pictures where it broke off. I guess if you live in year round warmer climates you might not have an issues. The reel itself seems fine. It's been 6 months since I have purchased it and I doubt will receive a refund. If I can try and remove the piece that broke off, I can order a new one and install it but that is easier said than done.

Only comes with mounting hardware to mount it to a pipe or handle of your power washer not a wall. Got it all put together and one of the fittings leaked with plenty of teflon on it. Wasted an hour of my life installing it to the pressure washer, was too top heavy so took it off. Tried installing to the wall with some lag bolts I found in my garage, hose protrudes into the wall and the reel doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time it’s too cheap to be true.

Update: It's been used a couple dozen times. Still works great. No leaks.Included mounting bolts, nuts and backing plate. The whip was the perfect length and thread size. The hose ends are 3/8 male NPT. One end swivels. I only made one slight change which was to tighten the elbow at the reel swivel a little more so that I could directly feed the hose through the hole on the end plate to the elbow instead of making a loop. Since the elbow was installed at the factory with some kind of stiff sealant, I had to remove the snap ring so I could put the swivel in a vise to turn the elbow.It came with two extra fittings I didn't need. They appear to be the standard hand-tight fittings that come with pressure washer hoses to connect to the pump. I use quick disconnects on my hose ends. So, I didn't use these fittings. One fitting is 3/8 male NPT on one end and the other end is a male thread, probably metric. It's a little larger than 1/2 NPT and finer thread. The other fitting is female 3/8 NPT one end and the other end is the female thread that fits the mysterious threads of the above described male fitting end. It's rubber around the nut so you can hand tighten it. Again, I believe these are the fittings normally used when connecting hose to the pressure washer pump.The hose I have is thicker and stiffer than standard pressure washer hose. I was afraid the diameter of the spool was too small to wind the hose, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it easily wound up in the reel. The spring loaded lock pin is nice so you can prevent the reel from unwinding itself.
