Best Cleanser!
This has been my favorite cleanser for as long as I can remember! I get lured into trying other things, especially new products or sale items, but always come back to this. A tiny bit lathers up into such a luxurious creamy foam! It smells intoxicatingly fresh and clean. My skin feels so clean after using this, but not at all stripped. The lather has a ton of slip, making this ideal for touching up my dermaplaning. I am so happy this continues to be on the market and I pray it is never discontinued!

Possible Old Stock – Difficult to Use
I have used Estée Lauder products for some time, but this cleanser seems like it may be from old stock. It requires significant pressure to dispense, and the product is not smooth and does not spread easily.

Cleanser was very hard in tube.
The facial washing cream was extremly hard in the tube. Nearly impossible to squeeze out. When the little bit came out it was hard and nearly impossible to make a foam when adding warm water. I should have returned it, but I was completely out of cleanser. Did it sit in storage to long, I don't know?
