Light in my oven again!
The delivery was as expected, and there was a bonus - I got a twin pack when I was only expecting a single item! Fitting was a simple case of unscrewing the old one and replacing it with the new one. All in all good value for money, and a successful transaction.

Short life span
Purchased bulb in August and it only lasted until December. I wasn’t over the moon about that as it worked out over £2 a month. I’m now waiting delivery of a different make bulb from another supplier. Let’s hope it last longer!

Still working a month later (unlike cheap others)
I finally paid the premium price for these bulbs as my oven had gone through not one, not two but four oven bulbs in about 2 months, unbelievable.This Philips' bulb has been working now for a whole month and is still going strong. I'm hoping it carries on for several more months as it is awkward changing the bulb in my oven (a bit like changing a car headlight bulb).Brightness is the same, pretty much, as every other bulb that has ever been installed in my oven.So it would seem that paying more for a quality bulb is worth it. And I gave this 5* for packaging as it was amazingly well protected (and took quite a bit of time to unpack).
